Welcome on your first post on AF
It calls for 39 lbs of fuel pressure.
Good Luck MT

Re: 91 Plymouth Voyager fuel pump pressure psi?

One thing I want to point out is that fuel pressure is controlled by the fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail. The regulator has a vacuum hose attached. The regulator will vary fuel pressure in the rail depending on the vacuum signal. You should see 39 psi on the fuel rail at idle. If you apply vacuum to the regulator, you should see an increase in fuel pressure.

Now, if your fuel pressure is below 39 psi at idle, this doesn't immediately suggest a bad fuel pump. You must next put a vacuum pump on the regulator and see if the pressure will vary with vacuum applied. If pressure doesn't change with vacuum applied, the regulator is bad and should be replaced. And replacing a regulator is easier than a fuel pump.

10-4 on that.
Actually the 39 lbs fuel pressure I posted was from the fuel pump performance table.
Here is a good test and check on it.
