Door Locks
My friend just bought a 96 J body. he is having problems with the door locks. he has 3 keys 2 which are identical and then one for the ignition. none work for the doors though. the guy he bought the car from said he could go to the dealer with the title and they can make him new keys. is this true? also is there a way for him to either get new keys or change the locks? thanks in advance!

Yes it is true that if he goes to the dealer with the title they will make him some news ones.
Yes there is a way for him to get news keys, like I said go to the dealer. and yeah he can change the locks also if he wants.
