3.5L V6 Oil Filter placement

Anyone know where the oil filter is located on a 2006 Redline Vue with the Honda 3.5L V6? I can't see it from the top. Didn't see it from the ground, but have not put it up in the air yet either... - Mark

it is on the right side of the engine.(bottom) just behind the right side wheel.
