Drivers Door Stuck

1994 Lumina APV. Drivers exterior door handle broke. I replaced it and it worked great. Then it would not open from inside or outside. I looked in with a flashlight and all the linkage is moving but the latch won't disengage. Any help appreciated.

Re: Drivers Door Stuck

...since it worked previously, there might be a slight position error of one component relative with the other so that it might need just a little extra travel....it this is the case did you try pressing against the door to release tension on the latch while you pull handle at same time...sometimes it works.
