87 towncar

i have an 1987 lincoln towncar, and i need to know where the fuel filter is in it with out having to buy the book on it, does anyone know where it is? or know where i can get a diagram? thanks

I have the 96 manual. For my year/model there are three filters.
One in the tank, one inline "underbody" just downstrean from the fuel pump, and one (un-serviceable) inside the injectors.

Have you found the fuel filter yet? If not it is under the frame behind the back passenger side door. Good luck!!!
