95 Contour with blown head gasket for sale $400

This is a repost but with added info. Please read carefully.

My brothers daily driver 95 Contour just blew a head gasket. It overheated on 696 and white smoke poured out the exaust pipe. We aren't going to fix it. He wants to sell it and get something else. No it doesn't run. It tries to start but doesn't. It spins but sounds like it doesn't have any compression, hence blown head gasket. I've been getting calls and people think it runs even though I clearly stated it has blown head gaskets.... NOT RUNNING. It would need to be towed on a truck or trailer. I hope I am being very clear here.
$400.
Good shape, but has a dented drivers door. Good tires, PS, PB, Automatic, Remote start, recent brakes, 31 mpg (when running). Actually was/is a good car until this happened. See pictures below.

It has a 16 valve Zetec 4 cylinder engine. The timing belt was replaced less than a year ago. The car has 218,000 miles on it and was well maintained.

If someone wants to put in a head gasket or just fix it up to sell it. This would be a good project. The interior is OK but the carpets need a good cleaning. The remote start is nice feature with winter coming, however. The fan motor isn't working. I don't know if the switch is bad, the motor is bad or what is wrong with it. The car is being sold as is.

The car is located near Union Lake road and Cooley Lake rd, south west of Pontiac Michigan. I can deliver it for a nominal fee if the buyer is within 1 hour of zip 48386. Use Mapquest to figure mileage. I also acccept Paypal for payments but please add 4% to take care of the Paypal fees.
The first person to pay me, gets the car. I can't be holding it until you get paid next week etc. First guy here with the cash, gets the car.
