99 ford f250 5.4 liter

my trucks will turn over and sounds like it wants to run for a second and die ran fine last time driven the next day no start, can you help me?

It usually is the cam shaft position sensor or a crankshaft position sensor can also cause a no start. You can check with an ohm meter it should go from zero to one when cranking.
Otherwise listen for the fuel pump or use a pressure gage and check pressure.

are you using the factory supplied key in the ignition? or is it a copy? a copy will unlock and start the truck, but it won't run for more then a second or 2, the factory keys have a microchip in them
