95 dodge avenger, snap/pop noise when turning

in my car when i back out of my driveway and turn the wheel sometimes it makes this loud snap/pop noise anyone have an idea what it is?

does this ever happen when your simply making a sharp turn when your accelerating?

no only when i back out or in my driveway and Make the turn from the street to my driveway.
