Re: Hard to push gas pedal
Has it always been stiff?
I know my '90 has a real stiff cable compared to my Dads 94 (personally; I like it.) but I located it to being caused by my tanys TV Cable. Just a very stiff spring. It seemed normal to me (this is my second '90; same pedal) |

Re: Hard to push gas pedal
yea [i]for me its always been like this, but i drove my buddies 93 and it was extremely easy to push, but i thought the same about mine thinking it was normal, but even my mechanic who works on these trucks religously noticed it and said it was hard to push

Re: Hard to push gas pedal
Have you cleaned the throttle body bores recently? When you do, you might also want to clean up the IAC air passages.
