does anyone know of some websites that have a y pipe for a 97 s10 4.3. stock or aftermarket i perfer aftermarket but a direct fit.

i don't think you can buy just the y-pipe in the aftermarket. eldelbrock make the TES system which comes with headers and a y-pipe:
