Mustang guys ... looking for some help
I'm not even sure where to start to look.
I am considering using rims that come in: 17X11 (rears) & 17X8 (fronts) ... and, of course, a grassroots pricing would be nice I have Mustang cobra wheels on the car now (17X9 and 17x8): ![]() ... so, obviously Mustang sizes (from those years) will work. Anyone know what year of Mustang Cobra those wheels came from? Anyway, the 9" wide in the rear is not working for me. I would like to go to 11". I've found Kinesis K10 which I *think* are over $700 each wheel (that's just not going to happen). ![]() Summit has these for $300/each: ![]() Would anyone kick my butt for putting a cragar-wannabe rim on an MR2? ... I wonder how heavy they are ![]() So .... any other options out there for 17X11s? Thanks,

Re: Mustang guys ... looking for some help
the kinesis are orgasmic,i think if you can, you should get them and keep them. of course, if that's just not possible, then look elsewhere.
i don't think your second option would suit the car, to me, they just look like they'd be more at home on either an old muscle car, or an f-body. i just can't see them looking good on an MR2, but that's just me.

HRE 540s
They'll make it with whatever offsets you want for $1200 a piece.

Re: Mustang guys ... looking for some help
The ones that are on your car right now are 95 cobra R wheels I believe.
