ES-300 transmission

MY ES 300 WILL HOLD SECOND GEAR FOR ABOUT A BLOCK BEFORE SHIFTING. THEM WILL SHIFT CORRECTLY FOR THE REST OF THE TRIP. ANY SUGGESTIONS ?

Incorrect fluid level, and or bad fluid. Flush the system.
