shaved doors?

What do you guys think about shaved doors?

As in the door handle and lock are removed have bondo on them so its all streamline?

You get a remote to open the door, like a key FOB, and when you hit the button a solenoid pushes open the door.

I think they are pretty neat, and this is the perfect time for me to do it. I'm already doing fiberglass work around one of the locks, and the car already needs repainted.

What do you guys think?

I guess its alright. But you need a backup if the battery dies. Like a manual switch in the trunk, like the new C6 has.
