Alpine Changer to Eclipse Headunit?

Is it possible to hook up an Alpine CD Changer with an Ai-Net output to an Eclipse head unit with a CD changer out? Does anyone know the name of the output Eclipse uses (like M-Bus or something) or is it a proprietary connector?

the busses themselves are not normally compatible, I doubt you will be able to make it work.
