1995 tracker brake problem

Having problems with my brakes locking up; all wheels. Disconnected the RWAL computer and still the same thing. It doesn't do it all the time but I'm hesitant to drive it for fear it will and I'll be stuck. Bled the brakes with no success. Has anybody had a similiar problem and/or a solution. Thanks, Dave.

Check your brake booster hose for cracks or connection.

Thank you for you response. I also have a high idle which may explain a vacuum leak. Have you had experience with this problem before?
