Passenger Door repairs

Hi

I have the following problems with my passenger window:

*I have a replacement small pop out window that needs to be fitted

*The larger windows mechanism has failed (the handle does not catch properly)

*I am assuming I need to take of the door to be able to fix these things
effectively?

Any help on how to complete these jobs would be appreciated
