check engine light?
I have a 97 voyager with a 3.0 v6. The CIL stays on all the time. When we read the codes it says missing on multiple cylinders so we put new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. Then we cleared the codes and the next time we drove it the light came back on with the same code missing on multiple cylinders. Any ideas? Thanks.

Also check the primary and secondary coil resistance. Primary should be less than 1 ohm secondary should be 10-15 kohms.

Re: check engine light?
Checked the coil and found the primary was 0 the secondary was 13. Does this mean that I need a new coil? Thanks!

Re: check engine light?
It could be fuel injectors too and a bad fuel injector will cause a missfire.Try pouring some Lucas fuel injector cleaner first in the gas tank.Lucas is the best fuel injector cleaner on the market.Stay away from STP and those cheap injector cleaners, they contain solvents and Lucas does not.Lucas is sold at most auto parts stores.
