HELP window off track 1999 Grand AM GT

Greetings, I have a 1999 Grand Am GT, 2 door that I love . I bought it in 2003 and never had much trouble with it. My passenger window went crazy the other day , you know when it goes up in the back but down in the front and visa versa. It finally just fell down into the door. The motor still works and the window did not break yet. I would like to know how to take off the door panel( without damaging anything).I Would like to be able to get the window back in the closed position for now (rain) or get it back on track and running . Thank You, KimLewis711

Re: window off track 1999 Grand AM GT

Welcome to AF !

Heres alink with the disassembly of your 99 GA.
Disassembly of your 99+ GA's Interior

IF You need to replace the regulator which is bolted and riveted.
The rivets need drillled out and replaced with new ones.

Hopefully the window is just off track, though thier are little plastic clips that hold the window. If they are broken you will need to replace the regulator.
