'69 Camaro Z28

Got away from my usual imports and race cars to build the Revell Camaro. I actually enjoyed building this model and am pleased with how it came out... other than a few scratches it got while I moved.

Built pretty much OOB. Cant really tell in the pictures, but it does have a blue/green/purple flip paint. Also hard to see in the pictures are the black stripes on the hood and trunk. Hope you like it.

The black stripes on the dark flip paint is a cool touch, I think, almost as if they're ghosted on or something. I even like the wheels on this one. Good, clean work there, I'd be happy to have it on my shelf. If it's got a clearcoat, don't be afraid to polish it, and if not, don't be afraid to spray clear on your next one and polish that. Otherwise you have a real showstopper.

Yes, it does have a light clear coat. I went thru the wet sanding process on all paint steps on this one, so actually, the pictures dont do the paint justice. You are right tho, I can and will polish it! And thanks for the comments! Very much appreciated!

I wish it was, the twin turbo setup would be nice. But no, its just the Revell "Motor City Muscle" kit.

Very nice looking camaro. You should try to take some pictures in the sun, that would really show off the paint and stripes. I like the way the stripes look ghosted.
