my vs is sluggish

my vs manual is like fouling heaps u put ur foot down it goes ok then just slacks write down then slowy picks up, wat is this problem, anyone no let me no

Dirty fuel filter or dirty air filter would be the first things to replace.

I would also check the harmonic balancer rubber is not cracked as this is a common problem with the VN to VY commodores.
