buy 91 max???
Hi everyone. I'm looking into possibly buying a 91 max for my son. It has 176,000 miles looks decent, don't know maint. history. They said it needs an alt. only starts with jump. have not heard it run yet. oil looks very clean. Any quirks with this model I should look for/at. What about the timing belt? Is it hard to replace? I can probably get it for around $1500.00. Thanks for any and all input.

Re: buy 91 max???
I'm in southwest Florida and I beleive the car has been here all it's life.Body exterior looks exceptionally clean, no rust that I saw on outside of fender wells and interior looks great. Haven't started it yet so don't know if trans slips and didn't pull tranny dipstick but it appears that the car was well taken care of.
