Re: pod filter/heat shield on rb25det question??

hmmm ok. i put a shield on it anyways. i heard that u wont lose any performance as compared to the pod exposed..mind you i dont have any cold air going to the pod.. even if it dosent work it still looks flash lol. i got a 3 inch exhaust from turbo back in it now. (makes a big difference). what else do i need for maximum air flow? i heard a z32 airflow meter is good...stuff like that. thanks.

What do you have? A GTS, or a GTSt?

I have 3 GTRs. What is a series 2?

Are you in England? You need a Power FC to upgrade your MAF, not really worth it unless you upgrade your turbo as well.

Re: pod filter/heat shield on rb25det question??

Good to hear.

I can see if the car is sitting for a bit, and you take off, but at speed I cannot see it helping at all.

Not say it does not help, but sometimes the mind can convince yourself that the money you spent is justified, if you know what I mean.
