Cranshift Sensor Victra model 1994

Hi,
Friend I have problem with Cranshift Sensor
my car run very slow
1-How can I check if it work good ?how decive i use to measure or check it

2-I have move Cranshift Sensor into front of car with direct air touch
this place make car work good but one problem engine starting very late

3-IF i do not move Cranshift Sensor into front of car this make
car drive very slow
