wierd noise from front

i got a 97 concorde lx, when i drive it sounds like something sticky on the tire, and it sticks to the rode every tire revolution. i replaced the brake pads and rotors, and everything looked ok (it made the noise b-4 replacing pads) jacked the car up tonight, tires dont wiggle like bearings, and i jacked front end up and spun tires in nuetral and didnt hear any noise. the noise increases with the speed faster and faster. any ideas would be appreciated.
thanks tyler

You probably have a bad cv joint or bad wheel bearing. Replacing both would probably solve the problem. The bearing is expensive. You may try a junk yard for a used bearing and hopefully you will get a good one. Maybe you can use the process of elimination with it so you will know if trying a new cv joint is in the mill. I have a feeling that it is a bearing. Good luck.

Try swaping the tires from front to rear.I have seen,or heard i guess, the rubber seperating and doing that before.Might also check the hub caps if you have the.Rim might be tweaking.Just some thoughts.
