Can't get much better than a 250TR, looks like a very nice build. I would love to see some outdoor pics. Is that the kit motor?

Mike.

wonderful job. Doesn't the engine look a bit too big to be from the kit??

Re: Finished: Ferrari 250TR LM'58 MFH 1/24

Awe inspiring!
What's the story with the seperately displayed engine? Is that part of the MFH kit too?
Now time for you to get back to green racing cars, much more interesting than red ones.

Re: Finished: Ferrari 250TR LM'58 MFH 1/24

Hello to everybody.
Thanks to all for your really nice comments.
The engine is part of the kit, as somebody already said.
As this is a curbside model, and one of the first Hiro made, they put the engine from the 250 TR "pontoon" kit in this kit, including a display.
So, to make it short, everyting you see on the pictures is in the kit (no base, of course).
I only made a new dashboard (the one in the kit is a "blob" of white metal), put a correct steering Wheel (4 instead of 3 branches) and painted the interior in the correct colors (grey overal instead of black and red seats instead of blue as written on the instructions.
Voilà.
I'm quite happy that you like my work.
Thank you once again

Cheers

Jamme.

For Rally Raider, as you've already see, i'm also busy with a green car .
What I want to do is made one car (at least.....) from every Le Mans Year.
Thank You
