Model? Or kit? There are no plastic kits of it, but I'm almost certain I've seen a 1/43 diecast somewhere.

Sorry, i thought you misspelled it and meant "3B" not "B3"
Never heard of "B5" and "B3", the official codes VW uses are: 32, 33, 32B, 35i, 3A, 3B, 3BG and 3C
If you are searching for the one you have in your avatar (35i), you wonīt find anything bigger than 1/43 and even that will be difficult.

Not really, there are several Schabak 1/43 diecasts on ebay at the moment, and they aren't expensive at all.
