The noble Black Pudding......

Rather than continue to hijack the pizza thread,I have decided that this noble delicacy, this ambrosia of the deli counter, this divine porcine gourmet wonder, should have a thread of it's own........

If you don't know what a black pudding is,click here........

I can say I've tried many things that would disgust most people, however that is something that I wouldn't try without a payment with a lot of digits.

Thumbs up

Ahhhhhhhhhh, reminds me of home.

Cold morning, wind and rain outside, and sat on the table in front of you, a big steaming pile of crispy, fried slices of black pudding, bacon, eggs and a nice big bottle of HP.

Heaven!!!!

I'd prefer two eggs (over easy) with some Lea & Perrins Worchestershire Sauce, several strips of fried honey cured bacon, hash browns, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, a long piece of boerwors, with toasted slices of Burgen Honey and OatBran....

A gastronomic miracle!!

It's an English thing I think, dark brown spicy sauce you use like ketchup. Can't eat bacon without it!!
