Spoilers

i own a 1992 325i and i was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what spoiler i should get on it. I was thinking of one of the three shown? Also does anyone of any place i can get them pretty cheap? Any suggestions would be great. Finally i was thinking of getting a K&N airfilter and i was wondering if anyone has used one before and could tell me if it is worth it or not. THANKS

spoilers are for little boy racers. don't fuck with the design of your car the designers at BMW know a little more than you do. i look at BMWs with spoilers and think "whatta cheesedick!"

You'd think someone who owns a bimmer would be a little more mature. But then again, this is your first post ever, and you probably dont even have a bimmer... Just some jealous kid who acts exactly like one.

mature??? i've had three and currently own two. butttttanywayyyy! maturity is exactly the point i thought i'd tried to make. what is dressing up your precision automobile with spoilers and other accessories from NAPA or whomever??? you purchase these vehicles because of the quality, safety and unequalled driving experience. modifications like suspension and motor upgrades can improve the driving experience, therefore are justified. pinstriping, window tinting and spoilering do nothing more for the driving experience. for the above mentioned car it is nothing more than cosmetic and suggests a need for attention.

btw, yeah that was my first post. so you got that much correct, but i am also a bmw enthusiast from when i drove a 2002 in 1978. so work a little harder on your profiling fuuukwhatever, ok?

I hate to be the one to break it to you , but adding to the appearance of a car does not make that person immature. I can't believe you just said that. There is more to a car than its speed and handling. There is even more beyond that for someone with an artistic mind. BTW, I dont think he was planning to buy 'dress up' parts from Napa. :finger:

ok. ive offended your "tricked out, cherry Bimmer" i'm sure your car looks great re-painted candy-apple red, tinted windows, wire wheels with curb feelers and spoilers all the way around. but while we are debating this i would like to propose a bet to you.

ten years from look back at the butchering you did to what was originally a beautiful design. tell me then what you think.?...e.g., maturity. i have this type of hindsight, fortunately i never mutilated a BMW.

damn sb0914 in this case I think Jesus would have to make an exception. How is adding a spoiler killing the car. its not like if you add a spoiler you set the car on fire. y do you think it is such a big deal to get a spoiler.BTW im not going to put a flame on my car or any of the other crap you said. i might get a K&N airfilter and new rims. do you have any negative feedback about those too.:greenchai :greenchai:monkeypis
and i have another question Are u depressed or just going through PMS

okay, okay, okay. no i'm not depressed or menstrual. the truth is i am a tiny little man with inordinately small genitalia who has nothing better to do than come to this forum and bully people with my opinionated chatter. i am truly sorry and hope my opinions have not altered your vision of the perfect BMW. i am sure you will be proud of your decision. k&N filters are great, but might i suggest using a BMW design wheel? you can get replicas of just about every M3 wheel made or maybe even the real thing used relatively cheap. i got a set of BMW wheels for my wife's 325xi shipped for only $600 on ebay. just type in BMW wheels, i am sure you'll see some bargains!
