Pizza Toppings

What's your favourite pizza toppings and what kind of base do you like?

My favorite is Quattro Stagioni - 4 seasons pizza but particularly with prawns, ham, tomato and mozzarella.

No-one ever wants to order Hawaiian but it's the first to go when we order a bunch of them...

And why do some people dislike anchovies, capers, choritzo and cabonossi?

As someone who worked in a pizza shop for 18 months:
Thick base with chilli sauce, mozzarella, chicken, onion, capsicum, bacon, tomato and olives with more mozzarella on top. Yummo! Alternatively, Chilli Chicken Pizza from LaBotte.

It is a delicacy made popular during the second World War,as it was not made with rationed ingredients.Thesedays, the skins on cheaper versions are the synthetic crap used on sausages, but the premium products are still made with all-natural ingredients. It's still very popular in the north of England....places like Doncaster....

I can get you some from our local deli...I do recall that 'the goodies' devoted a whole program to the noble art of 'Ecky Thump',a satirical martial art, supposedly originating in Yorkshire, which consisted of battering your opponent with a black pudding cosh....

Teriyaki sauce with teriyaki chicken, pineapple, red onions, and sauteed green bell peppers topped with lots of cheese. Probably the best damn pizza I ever made. Top it off with a huge chocolate chocolate chip cookie with reese's pieces mixed in with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top....yum, yum.:licker: :licker: :licker:
