F150 rated at " Fuel economy EPA highway (l/100km): 12.4 "
Sorry but i'm a Gallon person --- what does that mean in how many miles per gallon ---- Please??? Thx Jay

18.8 miles per gallon.
litres per 100km is a euro measurement for fuel economy. 100km = 62 miles 12.4 litres = 3.3 gallons 62/3.3 = 18.78 = ~18.8mpg.
