It's a little hard for 20 bucks to buy you import kits, so your option is limited.
Where do you live?
If you live in the States, Hobby Lobby sometimes have a sale, and they put thoughtlessly low price on some of the Japanese kits. Also, you can find second hand kits on eBay.
