P0307 code problem

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 with a 5.9L engine that is kicking the code P0307, misfire number 7. I've recently replaced all the plugs, wires, cap and rotor and correctly timed the engine with no results. I took the truck into be diagnosed and they said they got the same error code and an injector driver errors and said it could possibly be the computer causing the problem. Could it be the PCM? Should I take it into dodge and have the computer reset? Any ideas would be welcomed.
