Should I get an f150?
I've been thinking about getting a f150 4x4 w/ the 5.4 l engine within a month or so with about 40-60k miles. However, I have heard that they have a multitude of problems... Is this so? I always thought it was a good solid truck...

Re: Should I get an f150?
I have a 2000 f150 with almost 200,000 miles on it and no issues yet.I have only done regular maintanance and tires! Yes,it is a gas hog.I would buy one again except my hubby brought home a Titan last week.Totally weird.

Re: Should I get an f150?
F150s get a bad rap for milage because they get bad milage. However, a fuel efficient import with the ability to do what that F150 can do will cost from 8 to 15 THOUSAND more. Are you planning to spend that much in gas over the life of your truck?
