cracking sound? cracked axel??
when i make left turns and let the wheel resume back to the stright position there is a crack and creeking sound what could this be? , i herd something about a belt but is there a steering belt?? and could it be makeing a creeking and cracking sound?? please help

is sound coming from right /left or underneath.....are you driving or sitting still...a clicking sound (driving ) is cv joint..poping creaking could be strut bushing at towers or rubber mounts at rack and pin%$n sorry about the spelling
