Please help this mechanic

I've been working on a 02 e-150 with a 4.2 chasing a code 305 and sometimes 304 done almost everything plugs, wires, fuel filter, injector, and now what I need is the location and procedure for cleaning all the EGR ports not just the egr. I know ford has problems with their egr ports and have had many bulletins on them. Is there a site that I can be directed to with the procedure and perhaps pics?? Otherwise if someone else knows how to clean them good your input will be appreciated.

in order to clean the egr ports , the upper and lower intake manifolds need to be removed whe the lower is removed then the egr ports are very visible and easy to access ( small round holes in intake ports)
this is very very common , you can clean with a good carbon cleaner / or carb cleaner and small brush
