2000 intrepid, No speedometer, only 2nd gear and reverse
2000 Dodge Intrepid
Speedometer was dead and it shifted very hard into 2nd gear within 20 feet. Only had second gear and reverse, vehicle was in limp home mode. Computer set the following codes P0700 and P0731. The computer did not set a code for the problem with the speedsensor. The manuals say that the TCM is bad and needs to be replaced. The TCM was fine. SOLUTION: Replaced the output speed sensor, problem resolved.
