P0171/P0174 Codes and rough idle

I have gotten these codes. I have been told it could be: the intake manifold gasket, the isolator bolts, the catalytic converter, or the O2 sensors. Where is the best place to start.

What year?? most likely the isolator bolts and port seal replacement. Not a very hard job and a great big post on the fix. About 156.00 bucks on the parts if you dont need to replace upper intake cover and valve cover that depends on your year..I did it and now run great knock on wood..
