plugs and wires

anyone else find it a pain to get to the plugs and wires, there any easy ways im just not seeing? i have a 97 3800 motor.

help me out guys, i have a cylinder 2 missfire id like to take care of as soon as possible but its just a paint to get to the plugs.

Yea, unfortunately, there is no easy way. The best way to get to them is from under the car...and you still need various extentions, patience, and strong nuckles.

if it doesnt work, try something else..i almost had a plug STUCK in there cuz i almost broke the whole thing off when i tried to force it.. i ended up with a crumpled ceramic outside and most of the nut stripped before it came off..

A ratchet that has a built in swivel makes those a lot easier to deal with. its all about the angle of the dangle.

My plugs were always done with a variety of tools, a ratchet and plug socket for the straight shots, a plug socket and combo wrench for the tight spots, and double off set wrench for the impossible spots.
