Angry 95 Cav Z24 stalling when hot

1995 Cavalier Z24, auto transmission

Upon purchase, the car never idled properly, you would have to manually idle it or else it would stall. Currently have replaced the idle control sensor 5 times, so we know it's not that. This past summer, I started the car & gave it some gas (like always since I gotta give it gas to start it b/c of the idle problem) & the rpm gauge went up & then then dropped even though I still had my foot on the gas. I would have to wait about 5 mins before I could start it again & then it would run fine.

This problem eventually got worse. If I'd be driving for more than 30 mins, the car would suddenly just die in the middle of the road & I wouldn't be able to start it for 5 mins, then it became 10 mins, 15 mins & finally I parked it after it didn't start for almost an hour. We have taken out the alarm/starter system we had put in it & it still does this.

Any suggestions?
