My 2002 Impala LS Problems
OK Here is the list.
1. Clunking, clicking in the Steering.....How do I lube the ISS? 2. Low coolant level light is always on. I have checked the antifreeze level, all is fine, I cant find any leaks, or smell any antifreeze. No overheating. No antifreeze in the Oil.The light has been on for a month now. 3. The Air bag light is on. What might cause this? 4. The ABS light is on and the " Service Traction System" light is on. I think the left front hub needs to be replaced. The Car has 73,000 mile on it.

Re: My 2002 Impala LS Problems
Both airbag and abs lites on require a scan by using a pro model scanner for these codes. The coolant level sensor is most likely the problem there. I believe the ISS must be removed for the greasing of this unit.

Re: My 2002 Impala LS Problems
The low coolant level light might also be caused by a stuck thermostat... That's what happened in my 2001 LS... If you have the 3.8L engine the thermostat is easy to change... If you have the 3.4L engine the thermostat is not so easy to change...
