'89 Civic 4-Door Sedan Tailights

Hi, my name is Aaron and i'm new here...I have a '89 Honda Civic 4-Door Sedan, and I need back tailight lenses, one is just cracked, and one is busted out. So if anyone has spare ones, can I get a set of them...give prices please...not too much though...:smoka:

U might try a junkyard...

FYI - I think (not 100% sure) that 90-91 taillights will fit into your car also. You would need an extra pigtail (light socket) however, since 90-91 lights have two tail/stop lights on each side, and I think the 88-89's only have one. Again, my source was a junkyard...any late 80's Accords or a 4th gen Civic will work...I got my pigtails (when my originals rusted) from an 89 Accord, and the little tabs and everything matched up. Other Honda's may work also, but I dunno.

Kinda got off the subject but, most junkyards try to stock those kinds of things when they dismantle cars. You might even be able to find some online. There is a place called Honda Heaven in CA that'll prolly ship them to you?? http://www.a1recar.com/honda.htm

..definitely not the cheapest place, but I've gotten stuff from them when I needed it fast (i.e. busted windows ).. www.woodfins.com

The junkyard I am going to today has plenty of sedans. I will get a price for you. Well, actually, I know the price. They charge $0.99 per inch of taillight.

Use http://www.uneedapart.com, you just put in your make, model, and year and which part you want and your email address, and the junkyards that have it reply with the prices within a couple hours.. This way you can compare prices...

88-89 have back-up lights included with taillights and 90-91 have back-up lights in trunk lid (I think this is correct).
