Very Simple Question
I'm looking at a used custom made box for two Kicker L7s at a store in town and I just have a question. I know the guy for had it before me and he was just unbelievably loud. I'm getting a really good deal on it, but I've had some ppl tell me I shouldn't buy it because: 1. It is almost two years old and 2. It had been "beat to death." I guess my question is this: What would be wrong with a box that has been used a lot with very hard hitting speakers?

Re: Very Simple Question
what is the box made out of. and are you gettign the l7's new or are they used from the same guy. from a box unless the box is splitting then it should be fine but if you have worrys just add support to the box.

Re: Very Simple Question
The box is wooden and its not splitting or anything I just didn't know if prolonged use could warp the wood or something like that. But no I bought the L7s brand new so they're fine.

Re: Very Simple Question
shouldn't make any difference as long as the box is still sealed up, and bracing is always good.
