HELP! Sunfire Rough idle/dies hard start

my 97 2.2L sunfire is having some major probs. To start, i have to push the accelerator to the floor to get it to start. when it starts, it is rough and smokes for about 10 sec then quits and smoothes out (when i hold it at about 2000rpm). if i drive and then stop, it starts it again then dies and goes back to prob. 1. 2nd, i have fuel leaking into the intake hose when parked. Already replaced TPS, Plugs, Wires, fuel filter, and this has gotten worse over about 3 weeks.
OBDII indicates codes P1441 (Man. Control Evap Emissions), P0121(TPS)[already replaced though] and P0300(Random Multiple Misfire). Could it be the FPR, IAC, or Idle Air Control Valve? PLz. Help!
