Next time you change oil the parts store carries an assortment of washers.

Re: Aveo oil pan drain plug washer PN?

I know that auto parts stores have washers, the question I posed is what is the right GM part number - this is handy information to have when trying to get the part.

I have found the U.S. GM part number for the oil drain plug seal washer.

It is 94525114.

I replaced mine with a NAPA part # 704-1920. Its got a 17mm head, and 14mm thread at 1.5 pitch. It also comes with a gasket. This one seems to work better than the stock and is made of a harder metal (more resistant to rounding off). I have had it on my car for at least 4 or 5 oil changes.

Thanks for the info. Are you continuing to re-use the gasket/washer that came with the NAPA drain plug?
