Braun Tyrrell Honda F1 1/20 Tamiya
It is my last build and quite happy with it Pretty OOB with some slight modifications...

I have used Gunze Top Coat decanted and airbrushed. Slightly polished with Tamiya compounds.

Color is my own mix of Tamiya acrylics. Exhaust - Alclad II Pale burnt metal and Jet exhaust.

Very impressive, the paintwork in particular looks very smooth. Always nice to see Formula One cars built. Will have to build one myself sometime.

You used Gunze laquer over acrylic paint??? Have you had any thin cracks appear in the finish? Maybe it was Gunze acrylic top coat??

Anyway, the model looks gorgeous! I can't get enough F1 cars!

Both Gunze are acrylics. I have used water/alcohol based (Top Coat - blue can), so no problems at all.
I would use laquer as well but cautiously not to crack color.
