Hi guys, pretty new to this and not up to your standards but just wanted to show 1 I am working on, a restoration of a battered race car.

Any tips on finishing would be appreciated, eg, who thinks it needs a wing?? Or should I leave it like so many around these days?? Which wheels manufacturer would you recommend for big 'uns??

Richie

PS. Hoping that a pollish will bring a little more of the blue through.

Thumbs up

That color looks good, I can see a hint of blue in it. The kit wheels look good, just paint the centers a different color perhaps. Other wheel options are usually better tried in person, I haven't spent much time matching rims to this particular kit. It looks decent wingless, it certainly doesn't need a huge wing. Maybe some kind of lip spoiler?

And who here DOESN'T have the Sard Supra?! Coolest Supra model on the planet...and probably has been built three times as the official replica race car. I don't think I've ever seen it built any way but as a tuner...and it's a very popular model, I've seen lots of them built.

Tks for replies guys.

For MAXSE, the avatar's a a pic from the net, the closest I could get to mine.

Hope to have a pic of mine soon, only just got dig cam and my motors stuck in UK while I work in Norway.

Will get a mate to email me some pics...

cheers.

Not at the moment. Only just started cutting it up. Again, it was a built kit that was in a bad way, so I thought I'd have a go at giving it a one piece flip front and see if I could modify an r32 engine etc to go in the front. Will put some pics on if it works out(once I,ve got these damn decals off!).

At last, my first kit in ions is nearly finished.

Needs a few touch ups and my greasy finger prints wiping off and hopefully it'll be done.

Hope it's OK (gave up on that silver/blue thing!!)

Next a road EVO5 with some big mods.

Thanks Thug_9_6.

No, the fart can's a piece of aluminium tubing from my local store.

The pics were taken at night with a flash, maybe I'll try for some outdoor shots now the snow is clearing a little.
