brakes

the saga continues. on my 95 concorde i had replaced a brake line and master cylinder.all attempts at getting good pedeal have failed. i have good flow to all wheels and no sign of airand have bench bled the m.c. i seem to have good pedal when the car is not running but as sooon as it starts the pedal goes to the floor with little or no resistance, it does this whethwer or not the abs fuse is in. i realize that there may be air in the abs system but without towing it to a shop i have no way of knowing. i disconnected both lines from the m.c. and then plugeed oneleaving the other open and tried the pedal and it went to the floor and then plugged the other leaving one open and i had a slightly low pedal. is this normal. if it is then i am back to the abs.,. help sam

The last time I replaced a master cylinder I had to get the third one before I found a good one and then requested a new one. This may be your problem.
