I have a 95 cutlass supreme, where can i locate the ground?

Are you referring to the point where the grounds terminate? From the battery negative cable (black) just follow the cable to the area where the engine and the transmission mates up. There should be a main grounding stud.

Well ive been having problems with my stereo. I just got it, a kenwood KDC-X890 and its been goin into protect mode. i was told by a few people that its possibly the ground, so ive been wondering how to fix the ground so it doesnt go into protect mode.

just find the ground wire coming from the stereo, (usually black) but check to be sure, and then connect it to a good metal part, that'll fix the ground problem, usually though since the radio has a metal box around it, and it usually goes into a metal hole it'll be well grounded, but sometimes thats not the case
