MTX or Kicker L7

With the Kicker 750.1 amp (best amp at Circuit City) which subs/sub would bang louder and have thicker bass between 2 12 inch MTX 7500's (800 RMS combined) or one kicker L7

Re: MTX or Kicker L7

What size kicker, and what the hell is thick bass.

2-mtx 7500's would be louder than a single 12" L7 but the 15" L7 has the ability to be louder than the 2-12"s. But dont put power to how much bass it can put out, becasue you can put 1k watts to a sub and put 500 to another of the same model and with a properly built box the 500watt one can be louder than the 1k watt one.

Don't ever look at cars as just imports or domestics. Just because a car is made in a certain country doesn't mean that it is anything like another car from that country. An example of this is Mitsubishi reliability, just because they are Japanese doesn't mean that they are as reliable as a Honda or Toyota.

Re: MTX or Kicker L7

So the 15inch L7 with the 750.1 will be the bettery buy compared to the 2 12inch 7500 MTX's with the 750.1? I got another question. If I where to fold down my seats and turn my subwoofers towards the front of the car, would that help with the sound coming from my car instead of having the facing the back of the car with the seats up?

Re: MTX or Kicker L7

naw i bout the car used and they have pioneers in the front and back. they sound ok but im going to eventually buy infiniti reference or alpine type r's for the inside. im thinkin i should go with the alpines because i want everything to match. do you think that alpine amp MRD M1005 would go good with the 12 inch type r's in a ported box
