turbo setup question

ok..i want to turbo my car...its a 98 neon dohc....i was wondering if i use hahns portfueler would i have to upgrade anything else on my fuel system....also....i kinda had a thought....instead of running the turbo right off a maifold....i want to run it completly out of the engine bay....under the car for example....or how bout the trunk or somewhere back there.....i know you would have to run longer lines and longer piping for intercooler and intake...but other than that the only thing i can think of is exaust pressure dropping the farther you get from the engine....but im not sure if its significant....the plus sides to running the turbo that far back would be the temperature of the turbo would run a hell of alot lower....

then i had one more crazy idea.... twin turbo set up...two small fast spool turbos..split the header and run cylinders 1 and 4 to one turbo and cylinders 2 and 3 to the other....i dont know what the benefits would be of this or if it would even work....

sorry for the blithering but i just want some input from other people who know what they are talkoing about .... thanks

Re: turbo setup question

You need to upgrade your fuel injectors and fuel pump for sure.

Put the turbo in the engine bay. I understand what you are saying about keeping the turbo cooler, but you would lose power putting it somewhere else and not to mention all the extra piping you would need. You can oil and water cool your turbo, so temp isn't a problem.
